ARE THE PRODUCTS SAFE FOR BABIES TO PUT IN THEIR MOUTH?
Don't worry, as we only source toys which are absolutely safe for your children.
All colours and oils from our toys are certified in accordance with the EN 71 and ASTM 963 standards and are recommended for use on children’s toys.
WHAT ARE THOSE MARKINGS ON MY WOODEN TOYS?
We love wood because it‘s a natural material which will always have various markings that show up in our products, making each one unique. You'll notice visible wood grain, knots and occasional black stripes which are perfectly normal. Wooden toys are always one a kind, carrying unique marks made by nature. Wood grain has changing structures and colors which serve as proof of its natural origins. The unique variations are proof of quality, not defects.
HOW CAN I CLEAN MY WOODEN TOYS?
If you want to remove dirt, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and a little soapy water (if necessary). When drying, please do not place near the air con/ air humidifiers otherwise you might damage the wood. Allow to dry at room temperature and never clean wooden toys with disinfectant or hot water.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
