ORDER HANDLING
You can order any of our product(s) as long as they are still available. Products in high demand may be sold out really quick, so please note that adding items to your shopping bag, does not mean the items are reserved for you - you will have to settle the payment to reserve the products.
We reserve the right to not process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account holder's name or incomplete payment. We also reserve the right not to process your order if the product is out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors. We will refund your payment completely.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices shown on our webstore are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer (via BCA)/ Go-Pay/ Shopee Pay/ Mandiri Bill/ BNI VA/ Permata VA and Credit Cards.
Payment should be made strictly in 24 hours (1 day) after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email. If you can't transfer and confirm within 24 hours, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products. Confirmation should be made strictly after you have paid your order. You can make the confirmation easily by clicking on the 'PAYMENT CONFIRMATION' link. Be sure to keep your order ID on hand so you can confirm your order.

REFUNDS POLICY
Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds/ exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 14 days) by emailing us at hello@paperplanetoys.com. Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully. We may ask you to send a photograph or return the faulty item. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment within five to ten business days.
